Game description

The streets are quiet because the raid is already underway

Robin - Nottingham Raiders is not the greenwood at noon, but Nottingham under cover of dark, where timing matters more than speeches and every successful move depends on staying invisible right up until the moment the money starts moving.

The base game uses a 5x4 panel with 20 paylines and revolves around the collection of Special Wilds. They do not simply act when they land. They are gathered into a meter, stored in plain sight, and once all 9 positions are filled, the whole cache is released into the panel during a respin. That release can place Wilds across the board at random, and because overlaps are possible, the moment feels less like orderly reinforcement and more like a gang dropping into the street from every side at once. If Free Spins and the respin trigger together, the game delays the release until after the feature, which suits the pacing nicely; the score is already coming, it just waits for the right point to break open.

Free Spins begin with 3 or more Scatters and award 15 spins. During the feature, the collection system becomes more aggressive. Special Wilds are now grouped into sets of three, and each completed set immediately awards 3 extra Free Spins while releasing all three Wilds onto the board as roaming Wilds that move every spin for the rest of the session. Up to 9 of them can be active at once. When several end up on the same reel, the multiplier starts to climb - x2 for three Wilds in a reel, x3 for four - and those reel multipliers are then combined into a full panel multiplier.

Robin - Nottingham Raiders does not need to sound heroic to be effective. It is a raid, after all. What matters is getting in, filling the sacks, and making sure the board is in your favor before anyone notices. Even then, Nottingham is not giving away more than 2,200x without a fight.

BigWinBoard

8.0

BigWinBoard praises the 'neat graphics, atmosphere, plus jaunty gameplay' of Robin Nottingham Raiders, noting it's 'distinctly' in the Peter & Sons style. The review highlights high maximum potential—'the sort of max win figure that makes people sit up and take notice'—but also points out the astronomical odds of landing the top prize: 'The chance of that happening is, of course, astronomical, and would require a multiplier of x243 + full-screen wilds.' Overall, the reviewer finds it a 'pleasant medieval themed slot' and enjoyable especially for fans of unique slot experiences.
